Heather has provided nutrition, fitness, and wellness programming to individuals, corporations, and athletic teams for more than fifteen years. She is an accomplished triathlete, duathlete, and marathon runner who has qualified for and competed in the Hawaii Ironman and Boston Marathon.

In addition to her experience above, Heather is also certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Exercise Physiologist. In her time with Sports Nutrition, she has worked with individuals, club teams, and even athletic departments (such as the IUPUI Athletic Department) to optimize their nutrition and hydration strategies. Whether you are an endurance, strength/power, or team sport athlete, Heather can develop an individualized sports nutrition program for you!
Heather has appeared on both NBC and CBS to promote a healthy lifestyle, and educate viewers how to achieve that healthy lifestyle. She is the author of two books, the Absolute Beginner’s Guide to Half Marathon Training and Practical Applications in Sports Nutrition.
