Delicious and tender

One of the best things I’ve ever had since Vibrant Meals took over Eat Well Nashville! Super tender pork and amazing flavor!

Solid dish

The pork in the dish I received was nicely done. Not fatty, as sometimes can happen with a roasted pork.
The green salsa was mild in flavor, and not very moist, so the dish was on the dryer side, but it was not too salty.
I will continue to order this one and just add some hot sauce.
