Great tasting meal overall. My only gripe with most of the meals with rice is that it’s always white rice. I’d prefer brown rice to get more fiber. Maybe having the option to choose either/or would be good in the future
I am a long-time customer, and this has perhaps been my favorite Vibrant Meal!! I love salmon anyway, but topped with the pesto was a nice touch, and paired with the jasmine rice really made my taste buds happy!!
Flavors could be more bold. Veggies could be seasoned.
Wouldn't change a thing. Full of flavor and heated up nicely. Will definitely be ordering this again! I would say this is your best Salmon recipe so far. Don't take it out of rotation!
