Delicious with well balanced flavor and texture. This one should be a menu staple!
This was a well put-together dish.
I was reluctant about the avocado at first. I didn't want to eat hot avocado slices, but they were easily lifted off and set to the side until after my lunch got through the microwave.
I can't wait to order this again, weekly!

This wasn’t my favorite. If the steak was cooked a little less when it was prepared it would’ve been perfect! It was a little tough being cooked well done at preparation, and then being reheated. I really did enjoy the rice, peppers and onions. The avocado was super fresh!
